Chuck is one of Primera Partners, L.L.C.'s
founding partners, in January 2001. He is the
President/Owner, responsible for the overall
operations of the company including
acquisitions, property management and leasing.
Chuck has led Primera to build a
management/leasing portfolio of over $80,000,000
in aggregate value. Part of this growth has come
through partnerships that have acquired over
$55,000,000 of Central Business District office,
suburban office, medical office, industrial,
retail, and triple net leased convenience
stores. Prior to the formation of the company,
Chuck spent over 12 years with the Trammell Crow
Company. He became the Executive Vice
President/Managing Director of the Office and
Industrial Divisions in the San Antonio office.
Chuck has been involved in the acquisition of
more than 2 million square feet of office and
industrial properties, valued in excess of $125
million. He has over 2.4 million square feet in
development and project management experience.
His lease transactions total over 10 million
square feet of office and industrial space.
Chuck holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and
Real Estate from the University of Arkansas. He
is on the Executive Committee of the Alamo Area
Council of the Boy Scouts, and is a member of
the Young Entrepreneurs Organization (YEO). Mr.
Brown was in San Antonio's 40 Under 40 Hall of
Fame in 1998.

Bart Wilson joined Primera Partners in January
2001, focusing on the Acquisition and
Disposition of Investment Properties. Prior to
joining Primera Partners, Mr. Wilson was an
Associate in the Investment Sales Group in the
San Antonio office of Trammell Crow Company
where he was involved in the acquisition of more
than 1.1 million square feet of office and
industrial properties valued in excess of $90
million.
Mr. Wilson holds a Master's Degree in Land
Economics and Real Estate (LERE) from Texas A&M
University. He is a member of the Society of
Texas A&M Real Estate Professionals (STAMREP)
and the Real Estate Council of San Antonio. |

Jerry Steuart is the Director of Property
Management and a Partner with the company. He
has been a property manager for 20 years and is
responsible for the supervision and management
of all commercial assets. He handles tax
consulting for many owners and is involved in
acquisition, due diligence and implementation of
procedures. Mr. Steuart supervises the
preparation of annual budgets, monthly
reporting, collection, re-bills, renovation, and
construction management for tenant finish. Prior
to joining Primera Partners, Jerry was the
Senior Property Manager for Trammell Crow
Company's Industrial and Retail divisions. Jerry
is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and has
served on the IREM board of directors. He has a
real estate license and is a member of the San
Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR). He is also a
past president of the Alamo Heights Chamber of
Commerce and has served on their board of
directors. |

Glenn Snape joined Primera Partners in April
2001. He is involved in Project Leasing, Tenant
Representation and Brokerage. Prior to joining
Primera Partners, Mr. Snape was a Vice President
in the Office and Industrial Division with the
Trammell Crow Company since 1996, where he was
responsible for lease transactions, acquisitions
and dispositions in excess of $50,000,000.
Mr. Snape has been active in the commercial real
estate market in San Antonio since 1984, and
holds a Bachelor of Science in Business
Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
He is a member of the San Antonio Manufacturers
Association as well as the West San Antonio
Chamber of Commerce. |

Since joining Primera Partners, Jim Ramsey has
strengthened the firm's ability to excel in the
Project Management sector of the Real Estate
development market. He not only manages all of
Primera Partner's speculative, build-to-suit and
tenant improvement projects, but also
administers a diverse range of projects for
third-party clients as well.
Jim Ramsey has had a management role in all
phases of design and construction projects
exceeding $300 million. Throughout his 19 year
career in the industry, he has demonstrated the
ability to deliver projects on time and within
budget despite complicated designs,
sophisticated funding sources, aggressive
deadlines, unanticipated field conditions and
regulatory compliance issues. Jim has strong
planning, organizational and team
building/leadership skills.
Mr. Ramsey has a Bachelors degree in Engineering
and a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
He also is an Allied member of the American
Institute of Architects.
